Easy Hearty Vegetable Beef Stew

- 1 can carrots
- 1 can English peas
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into medium size cubes
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can green beans
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can black-eyed peas
- 1 pkg. beef stew meat
Directions

1Cook stew meat.

2Boil hard until tender; drain.

3Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.

4In a large cooker combine all the ingredients. Cook until potatoes are tender.

5Add 2 cans of vegetable soup and meat.

6Simmer 20 minutes.
