  • 6 egg yolks
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 2 sticks butter, melted

Directions

    Mix first three ingredients in food processor with steel blade. Slowly pour in butter while processor is running.

    Reheat in double boiler with a little water.
