- 1 small can evaporated milk with enough water added to make 1 c.
- caraway seed (optional)
Directions

1Melt oleo; add cheese.

2Cook over low heat, stirring until melted.

3Combine milk and flour and mix until smooth.

4Add to cheese mixture and simmer until smooth.

5Remove from heat.
