  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small can evaporated milk with enough water added to make 1 c.
  • caraway seed (optional)

Directions

    Melt oleo; add cheese.

    Cook over low heat, stirring until melted.

    Combine milk and flour and mix until smooth.

    Add to cheese mixture and simmer until smooth.
