  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 lb. (450 g) Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 2 cans (10 fl oz/284 mL each) 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables (onions; green, red and yellow peppers)
  • 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) white kidney beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

    Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium heat.

    Add sausage; cook 8 to 10 min.

    or until done, stirring occasionally to crumble sausage.

    Add broth, stir-fry vegetables, beans and tomatoes; bring to boil.

    Stir in macaroni; simmer on medium heat 8 to 10 min.

    or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
