Easy Lasagna

  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked and drained
  • 2 (26 oz.) jars pasta sauce
  • 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • chopped parsley

Directions

    Cook lasagna as directed on package.

    In bowl combine Ricotta, Parmesan and eggs.

    Mix well.

    On bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce.

    Top with half each of lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, sausage, sauce and Mozzarella.

    Repeat layering; top with parsley.

    Cover; bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Uncover. Let stand 15 minutes.

    Serve with salad.
