Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (32 oz.) thick spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 (15 oz.) container small curd cottage cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
Directions

1Brown beef and drain off excess fat.

2Add sauce and water; simmer about 10 minutes.

3Combine remaining ingredients, except lasagna, for filling.

4Pour about 1 cup on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Layer 3 pieces of uncooked lasagna over sauce. Continue alternating layers of lasagna and filling.

6Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Remove foil and bake about 10 minutes longer.

8Allow to stand about 10 minutes before serving.

9(Lasagna will expand to fill empty spaces.)
