- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 (28 oz.) can Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce or sauce of your choice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 8 oz. pkg. low-fat skim Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
Directions

1Brown turkey.

2Wash off excess fat in a large strainer.

3Mix with spaghetti sauce and water.

4Cook 1/2 package (nine lasagna noodles).

5Mix together 8 ounce package low-fat skim Mozzarella cheese with 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese.

6Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Put a layer of sauce in bottom of pan.

8Line pan with a layer of noodles.

9Put another layer of sauce on noodles.

10Spread cheese mixture on sauce.

11Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
