  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 (30 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. lasagne noodles, uncooked
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
