- 1 box (about 18 Oz. Box) Pudding Recipe Lemon Cake Mix
- 2 whole Eggs, Divided
- 1/3 cups Canola Oil
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cups Sugar
Directions

1Combine cake mix with 1 egg and oil. Mix until crumbly. Reserve one cup.

2Pat remaining batter lightly into an ungreased casserole dish (13x9x2). Bake 7-10 minutes at 350°.

3Beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining egg until light and smooth.

4Spread over cake. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Bake 10-15 minutes more (until top starts to brown).
