- 1 pkg. frozen puff pastry shells
- 1 lb. skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
- 3/4 c. cooked, cut-up vegetables (fresh or frozen)
Directions

1In a skillet brown chicken in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Pour off fat.

2Add gravy, lemon, thyme and vegetables.

3Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until done.

4Spoon into pastry shells.
