Easy Lemon Chicken

  • 1 pkg. frozen puff pastry shells
  • 1 lb. skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
  • 3/4 c. cooked, cut-up vegetables (fresh or frozen)

Directions

    In a skillet brown chicken in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Pour off fat.

    Add gravy, lemon, thyme and vegetables.

    Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until done.

    Spoon into pastry shells.

    Serves 6.
