- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (21 oz.) can lemon pie filling
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. reconstituted lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. whipped topping
- lemon slices (optional)
Directions

1In small saucepan, melt butter; stir in crumbs, reserving 1 tablespoon for garnish, pat crumbs on bottom of buttered 8 x 8-inch baking pan; set aside.

2In medium bowl, combine pie filling, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice; mix until smooth.

3Spread into prepared pan.

4Top with whipped topping and reserved crumbs.

5Freeze 3 hours.

6If desired, garnish with lemon slices before serving.

7Serves 9.
