Easy Loaded Potato Soup

  • 30 oz Bag frozen hash browns, squares
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 can chicken broth (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Shredded cheese
  • 1 Cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1 Green onion

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except cream cheese, shredded cheese, bacon, and green onion) into crockpot.

    Mix well and cook on low 5-7 hours

    Cube and add cream cheese.

    Cook about 30 minutes.

    Stir well until soup is smooth.

    Spoon into bowls and add toppings such as shredded cheese, bacon, and green onion
