- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- your favorite flavor jam
Directions

1Soften butter to room temperature.

2Add cream cheese, salt and sugar to butter.

3Cream until well blended.

4Work in the flour with fingers.

5Chill for several hours.

6Divide dough into thirds; roll out each portion on a floured board to about 1/8-inch thick. Cut into 3-inch squares.

7Place 1/2 teaspoon jam or canned filling in center of each one.

8Fold so corners overlap in center to enclose jam. Bake on greased cookie sheets at 350° for 16 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
