Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 1 tsp. onion salt or powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 2 small green peppers, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
Directions

1Brown ground beef in a pan sprayed with Pam.

2Add tomato juice and seasonings.

3Cook over low heat.

4When mixture is boiling about 5 minutes, gradually add the macaroni so that the tomato juice mixture continues to boil.

5Add green peppers and onion.

6Cover and cook until macaroni is tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.

7Stir occasionally during cooking.

8Serves 4 to 6 people.
