- 48 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat sauce and water.

2Mix together cheeses and spices.

3Spoon mixture into uncooked manicotti.

4Pour 1 cup sauce into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Arrange filled manicotti in single layer over sauce.

6Pour remaining sauce over manicotti.

7Cover with foil.
-
8Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.

9Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.

10Makes 6 to 8 servings.
