Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
• 2 slices loaf bread
• 1/2 c. sweet milk
• 1 small onion, chopped fine
• 2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pepper (fine)
• 1 egg
• 3/4 c. tomato ketchup
• salt and black pepper
