  • 1 or 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • 8 to 10 crushed saltine crackers
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 can French onion soup, strained

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except soup.

    Form into balls.

    Place about 1/4 inch apart in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour strained soup over meatballs.

    Bake at 450° for 30 to 35 minutes, depending on size of meatballs.
