- 6 chicken breasts, skinned or 1 cut up fryer, skinned
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2/3 c. biscuit mix
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or dish in oven.

3Mix biscuit mix, paprika, salt and pepper.

4Coat chicken.

5Place in pan, skin sides down.

6Bake 35 minutes and turn.

7Bake until tender, about 15 more minutes.
