- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2 cans (6 to 8 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 4 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. oregano leaves
Directions

1Rinse, pat dry and slice mushrooms.

2Set aside.

3In large skillet, heat oil.

4Add mushrooms along with lemon juice and garlic.

5Saute 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Blend in chopped parsley, salt, pepper and oregano leaves.

7Serve hot.
