  • 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) fire-roasted diced tomatoes with garlic, drained
  • 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Bring beans and water to boil in large saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min.

    or until beans are crisp-tender.

    Heat dressing in medium skillet on medium heat.

    Add onions and mushrooms; cook 5 to 7 min.

    or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

    or until most the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.

    Drain beans; spoon into serving bowl.
