  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 c. plus 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (11.5 oz.) jar jalapeno peppers

Directions

    Place 3 dozen chips on ungreased baking sheet.

    Spread 2 teaspoons of refried beans on each chip.

    Sprinkle with green onions and cheese.

    Top each with a slice of pepper.
