- 1 bunch Nanohana
- 1 tsp Japanese Mustard
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu
- 1 dash Sesame seeds
- 1 dash Salt
Directions

1Slice the nanohana into 3-4 cm pieces.

2Boil the stem for 2 minutes and the leaves for 1 minute in boiling saltwater.

3Soak them in cold water, then squeeze them to drain.

4Combine and mix the Japanese mustard and mentsuyu.

5Add the nanohana and mix.

6Sprinkle on some sesame seeds to serve.
