"Easy" New Potatoes

Directions

   Cube well washed and unpeeled potatoes (about size of a quarter); enough potatoes to cover a cookie sheet in a single layer.

   Coat quartered potatoes with oil, then coat them with the onion soup mix.

   Spray cookie sheet with Pam and spread potatoes on it.

   Bake at 400° for 1 hour, uncovered.
