Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced ham, bacon or sausage
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 c. diced green pepper
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • seasonings to taste (pepper, salt, parsley flakes and garlic powder)
  • 2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Brown onions, peppers and meat in pan with margarine.

    Do not use margarine when you use sausage.

    (Cook bacon; separate and drain if using bacon.)

    Beat eggs in separate bowl.

    Add Bisquick. Beat.

    Add milk and spices.

    Pour browned ingredients into 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle with cheese.

    Pour egg mixture over top. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.

    Center should be set.
