  • 3 whole Oranges, Peeled And Seeds Removed
  • 2 cups Grated Or Shredded Fresh Coconut
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a muffin pan with liners or grease with oil.

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process for 2 minutes or until smooth.

    With an ice cream scoop, spoon the batter into the muffin tray and bake for 35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

    The top of the macaroons should be golden brown.

    Let cool for few minutes and serve.
