- 3 whole Oranges, Peeled And Seeds Removed
- 2 cups Grated Or Shredded Fresh Coconut
- 3 whole Eggs
- 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a muffin pan with liners or grease with oil.

2Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process for 2 minutes or until smooth.

3With an ice cream scoop, spoon the batter into the muffin tray and bake for 35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

4The top of the macaroons should be golden brown.

5Let cool for few minutes and serve.
