- 2 lb. boneless beef, chuck or round, in 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 4 small onions, in quarters
- 1 bag carrots
- 4 small potatoes, cut in quarters
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
