  • 2 lb. boneless beef, chuck or round, in 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 4 small onions, in quarters
  • 1 bag carrots
  • 4 small potatoes, cut in quarters
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
  • 1 c. water
