- 2 lb. cut up beef
- 1/4 c. flour, with 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 4 small onions, quartered
- 4 small potatoes, halved
- 4 small carrots, in 1-inch pieces
- 1 c. water
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a paper bag.

2Drop in beef. Shake until coated.

3Mix with Wesson oil in 3-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 minutes.

4Stir 1 time. Add vegetables, water and tomato sauce.

5Mix, cover and bake at 350° for 1 3/4 hours.
