  • 2 lb. boneless beef or round, 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 4 small onions
  • 4 small carrots, cut 1-inch
  • 4 small potatoes, cut 1-inch
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. water
  • 28 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions

    Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a paper bag.

    Drop portion of beef into bag.

    Shake until coated.

    Place in 8-quart casserole dish with oil.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes; stir well.
