- 1 large can sliced peaches
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 c. sugar (less if fruit is in heavy syrup)
- 1 1/4 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Place fruit in greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch or 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Sprinkle water and sugar over fruit.

4Mix Bisquick, sugar and cinnamon.

5Beat egg thoroughly. Pour slowly over Bisquick mixture in a thin stream, stirring with fork until crumbly.

6Sprinkle mixture over fruit.

7Pour butter over all.

8Bake at 400° for about 25 minutes or until golden. Serve hot or cold with milk or cream.
