  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • nutmeg to taste

Directions

    Add sugar, salt and milk to beaten eggs; mix.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Sprinkle nutmeg over the mixture and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

    Turn oven temperature down to 325° and bake until done.
