- 2 cans (14 fl oz/398 mL each) peach halves in light syrup, drained, reserving juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/3 cup milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Arrange peach halves, cut side down, in shallow 8-inch baking dish.

3Whisk together reserved peach juice, lemon juice, corn starch and ginger until smooth and no lumps remain.

4Pour over peaches.

5Mix sugar, flour and baking powder in medium bowl.

6Cut in cream cheese product with pastry blender or 2 forks until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

7Stir in milk until well blended.

8Spoon topping mixture over peaches.

9Bake 30 min.

10or until topping is browned and fruit juices bubble around it.
