- about 2 1/2 lb. peaches
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Wash, peel, pit and crush peaches; measure 4 cups.

2Place in large kettle with water.

4Add sugar and over medium heat, boil until thick, about 20 minutes.
