  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 6 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c. butter, thinly sliced
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

    Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in bowl.

    Sprinkle half of mixture in pie shell.

    Spread peaches over flour mixture. Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over peaches; top with butter slices.

    Bake at 400° for 30 to 45 minutes, or until crust is brown and peaches are tender.
