- 2 cups Presto Cake Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 Sticks Butter (1 cup)
- 6 Eggs
- 1-3 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1-3 tsp Almond Extract (may use any extract flavor)
Directions

1Sit out cream cheese, butter and eggs to reach room temperature.

2Once items in step 1 reach room temp.

3mix cream cheese and butter completely.

4Add sugar and mix well.

5Add eggs and mix well.

6Sift flour into mixture and mix well (be sure to scrape the bottom and sides of bowl).

7Add vanilla and almond extracts.

8Mix Completely.

9Spray desired metal non-stick cake pan with non-stick spray.

10I use a bunt pan.

11Pour cake batter into cake pan and cook at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
