  • 1 (9-inch) ready to bake pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 1 c. dark Karo syrup
  • 1 c. pecans

    Slightly beat eggs in a bowl; add brown sugar, salt, shortening and syrup.
