- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 teaspoons catsup
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 -2 lb boneless pork roast
Directions

1Add everything except the roast to a small mixing bowl.

2Spread a generous layer of the sauce on all sides of the roast. Reserve the rest of the sauce for later.

3Marinate for at least 1 hour.

4Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the roast in a small casserole dish and loosely cover with foil.

5With the remaining sauce baste the roast ever 20 - 30 minutes for 2 hours.
