- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. instant onion
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown and drain beef.

2Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings (mixture will be thick).

3Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

4Press biscuits with hand or roll to cover bottom and sides of greased muffin tin.

5Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

6Yields 12 little pizzas, just the right size for kids or parties.

7Also can make toppings using pepperoni, olives, mushrooms or to your liking.
