Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 (8 g) dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 34 cup warm water
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl and add oil and water.

2Mix to a soft dough.

3Knead on a floured surface until soft and pliable.

4Return to the mixing bowl and cover with cling wrap and leave in a warn spot for 30 minutes.

5The dough should double in size.

6When it had risen, 'punch' the dough once to remove air bubbles.

7Remove from bowl and knead gently for 1 minute.

8Roll the dough out to desired size and add tomato paste and favourite toppings.
