- 6 c. milk
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 6 tsp. loose-leaf black tea
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Bring water and ginger to a boil.

2Warm milk, but don't scald.

3Add tea and vanilla and boil 1 minute.

4Add brown sugar and cinnamon; boil 3 more minutes.
