  • 10 c. water
  • 6 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 6 tsp. loose-leaf black tea
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Bring water and ginger to a boil.

    Warm milk, but don't scald.

    Add tea and vanilla and boil 1 minute.

    Add brown sugar and cinnamon; boil 3 more minutes.

    Drain tea and add warm
