Rolled Chicken Surprise

  • 6 boned, skinned chicken breasts (medium size feeds 8 to 12 people)
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream or low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing, crushed
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo

Directions

    Combine sour cream or yogurt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic salt, salt and pepper and mix well.

    Dip chicken in mixture, then into stuffing.

    Roll up chicken and place in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Refrigerate 24 hours.

    Pour melted oleo over chicken and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
