- 6 boned, skinned chicken breasts (medium size feeds 8 to 12 people)
- 1/2 pt. sour cream or low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 large pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
Directions

1Combine sour cream or yogurt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic salt, salt and pepper and mix well.

2Dip chicken in mixture, then into stuffing.

3Roll up chicken and place in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

4Refrigerate 24 hours.

5Pour melted oleo over chicken and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
