Easy Pork Chop Supper

  • 6 pork chops, cut thin
  • 2 to 3 carrots, diced
  • 3 c. broccoli (fresh)
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Brown pork chops on both sides in frying pan.

    Trim off excess fat.

    Pour off grease.

    Add potatoes, carrots, broccoli and onion. Mix soup with water until well blended.

    Pour over pork chop mixture.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and soup mixture is the consistency of gravy.
