- 2 tsp. sage
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. catsup
- 4 large slices Spanish onion
- 4 thick tomato slices
- Worcestershire sauce
- dry mustard
- 5 oz. dry vermouth
Directions

1Place pork chops in casserole.

2Sprinkle each with sage and pepper.

3Top each with a slice of onion and tomato.

4Sprinkle each with dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

5Pour vermouth carefully in dish.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
