Easy Pork Chops

- 8 center cut or butter filled pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 c. white wine
Directions

1Rinse pork chops and pat dry.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coat with flour.

3Brown on both sides in oil in skillet; drain well.

4Arrange in single layer in rectangular baking dish. Combine sour cream, soup, soup mix and wine in bowl.

5Mix well. Spoon over pork chops.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

7Serve with wild rice and julienned carrots.

8Yields 8 servings.
