- 350 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Parsley, minced
- 3 heaping tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 Vegetable oil
Directions

1Beat the egg and add the minced parsley, parmesan cheese, and black pepper.

2Mix together very well.

3You don't need to spread out the pork slices... coat each slice with the egg mixture.

4Heat oil in a frying pan.

5Cook the pork on medium-low heat, taking care not to burn it.

6Once they are nicely browned, they're done.
