  • 350 grams Thinly sliced pork
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Parsley, minced
  • 3 heaping tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 Vegetable oil

    Beat the egg and add the minced parsley, parmesan cheese, and black pepper.

    Mix together very well.

    You don't need to spread out the pork slices... coat each slice with the egg mixture.

    Heat oil in a frying pan.

    Cook the pork on medium-low heat, taking care not to burn it.

    Once they are nicely browned, they're done.
