- 4 pie crusts
- 1 can sweet peas
- 1 can sliced carrots
- 2 c. prepared mashed potatoes, thinned
- chicken or turkey
- butter to your taste
Directions

1Cut up enough meat to line the bottom of crusts.

2Pour a thin layer of mashed potatoes, a layer of peas, another layer of potatoes, a layer of carrots and another layer of potatoes.

3Put a pie crust on top and put butter on top of crust.

4Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Makes 2 pot pies.
