- 1 (4 lb.) roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
- 2 to 3 carrots, quartered
- 4 to 5 medium white potatoes, quartered
Directions

1Place roast in heavy-duty aluminum foil.

2Pour mushroom soup on top of roast (undiluted).

3Sprinkle with onion soup.

4Place carrots on top.

5Pot potatoes around roast.

6Fasten foil tightly.

7Place in uncovered roasting pan.
