- 1 (32 oz.) shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except the cheese.

2Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

3Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on cheese.

4Bake an additional 15 minutes.
