  • 1 (32 oz.) shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. green peppers
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except the cheese.

    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on cheese.

    Bake an additional 15 minutes.
