  • 1 12 lbs ground ham
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 12 cup milk
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 13 cups graham cracker crumbs

    preheat oven to 350.

    mix together ham and beef.

    add eggs, milk, crumbs, and onion to meat.

    mix well.

    roll into 2 inch balls

    put in 9x13 pan.

    FOR SAUCE-.

    mix together 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup vinegar , and 2-10 cans of tomato soup.

    pour over ham balls.

    bake 30 minutes or until cooked through.
