Easy Potato Soup

- 16 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 14 oz. can chicken broth (ready to serve)
- 2 c. water
- 10 oz. cream of celery soup
- 2 c. milk
- garnishes (diced ham, bacon and shredded Cheddar cheese)
Directions

1Combine potatoes, onion, chicken broth and water in Dutch oven.

2Bring to boil.

3Cover; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk.

4Heat thoroughly.

5Garnish as desired. Makes 2 1/2 quarts.

6Add red pepper flakes to taste for added flavor.
