  • 2 large fryers, cut up
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. cornflakes, crushed
  • 1/4 c. chicken stock

Directions

    Beat all seasonings into the egg.

    Dip the chicken parts in the egg and coat with cornflake crumbs.

    Place in baking dish.

    Add stock to dish.

    Cover tightly, using foil in absence of a cover. Place in preheated oven at 375° and bake, covered, for 1/2 hour and uncovered 1/2 hour.
